To avoid looking completely Retarded, find an instance where I disagree with the Spam rule.

You can go ahead and dismiss the broad wording in a few vague Rules, that does not make them any less flawed and it does not give every mod a clean slate to do whatever they please based on their personal interpretation.
Using that logic, banning people You disagree with would be totally justifiable.

There's Sensible enforcement and then there's Stupid/Trite.
