I -KNOW- they are vague and meant to be so, otherwise it'd be impossible to have effective rules within any reasonable scope.
My problem is the moderator discretion getting out of hand or being lax.

As I stated, there is Sensible/Common Sense enforcement, and then there is Nitpicking and Overzealousness(probably not a word but meh).

I can understand removing a bunch of huge Images, Hell even PH admitted it was not smart.
Where I see issues is the same as where he does: with the selective enforcement. Racism and all that classy shit is fine if it's Euro posters?

I'm not stating assholes breaking rules should make it a free-for-all for everyone else to break them and even the field.
I'm saying Bullshit should be addressed in every area of a thread.

Threads go off topic constantly, especially Garbage ones.
Whether it's with non-relevant comments and exchanges of stupid, witty barbs..or with dumb images, I can't see why one would be challenged if it didn't spam and if the image was a "reasonable" size which is lef topen for interpretation I guess.
People using 15" monitors are going to have a much different perspective on virtually ALL Web content, so I suppose image size is open to debate.

The racism -I- personally found was on page 6 somewhere towards the end I believe, though I'm sure there is more, I didn't bother looking for it.
