Cathedral City is awesome cheddar. I like French cheeses such Camembert and Brie, also Dutch cheeses like Leerdammer and Edam.

i had this one mexican cheese, i couldnt understand anything on the package except "queso" but ill describe. it was white, in a margarine type tub, its very soft and can be spread with a butter knife, kinda like a really really whipped cream cheese. but anyways its WAY good, i ate the whole tub using saltine crackers and was looking for more at the end lol.
as far as firm cheese, i really like "cheddarella", its a mix between cheddar and motzerella obviously. kraft makes it i think.

that cheese is awesome my wife is mexican and cooks me quesadillas all the time with the cheese ommmmgg so good but i love cheese, colby provolone, munster cheddar u name it, its good

Gow-dah is pretty close to the dutch way of saying it, it depends on how you pronounce the G tho, the dutch g is way different from the english one.
