What's the point of having tens of huge images in the gallery? I was browsing "really new" pictures and many people had pics with enormous resolution and even bmps.

Picture resize anyone? What happened to saving bandwidth? If you're gonna keep those images, you might as well turn mr. arrogant off.

That's the problem. We have whole lot of people acting as staff, but they don't do anything. We have lots of problems that could be easily dealt with, but they're not.

The bandwidth for gallery is trivial. If you don't like someone's foto, tell that someone. I've been enacting "more" of a policy towards large images, but serously, why do you care that much? I can't help it if people upload big, stupid images of themselves. Maybe they're that important in their own mind.

Don't get me wrong: your interest in conserving bandwidth is appreciated. I know the gallery isn't the most efficient of devices just now. However your bully pulpit is not appreciated. I'm sorry that this is a huge pet peeve for you, but telling me that I'm "ignoring" you, or that staff is no good is not helpful and will only lead to getting your issue bad publicity.

You're moaning at the general public about the gallery, not staff or even in the staff forum, and when someone who obviously has no input into the gallery is present then its CORRUPTION! ABUSE! STAFF NEVER DOES ANYTHING!!! Maybe if did your homework, find out who runs the gallery (the answer being caco <ER>) then spoke to him instead of picking someone from staff at random when you're aware that the control over the gallery is down to one person, you might get somewhere

You ask why this is even my concern. I've played this game for so many years it has become my concern. I'm worried about it. There's a problem and I state it. Now this could easily be handled but it's not, why?
