Theres a new one opening up in the summer near my work and I was offered a job for part there. Sounds like nice easy fun.

Hes setting up 28 computers with also a few xboxs and PS2's set up.

Any body used one and comments on?

xbox controller is 2 damn large. you have to really reach far to even come close to hitting the next button :-/

ok after a year of experiance of being a lan cafe nerd. watch out for these trouble spots

ON THE CONSOLES:

Stolen Controlers
Damaging the console itself or the CDs/DVDs

Remedy for problem - put the system in a see thru box w/ key
workers and trustables can use the cds


ON THE PCS:

lots of trash talk, swearing, alot of crap. by my house theres been shootings at these places because of it.

stolen mouse pads
abuse of machines
downloading porn and lots of "start up programs" (runs when computer boots up)

remedy for problem - cant help w/ the trash talk, but just be strict
over the use of the PCs.
