I dunno....some of the cat chicks in R. Crumbs Fritz the Cat are not all big ass and thigh women. But the fact that you have a clue as to Crumbs work give me a higher level of respect for you TC.

There are two movies of Fritz The Original Fritz the Cat and "The Return of Fritz the Cat". Both are great films if you like animation and the undergorund comic scene of the 70's with artists like Kelly, Mouse, Rick Griffin & his Surf Comics, and of course Crumb with his infamous "Zap" comics.

Only difference between what these artists mentioned had done vs. the Anime artists,is that these guys actually would hand draw and illustrate every detail, rather than todays computer aided comics. There just seems to be a lack of warmth in Anime vs. the old time hand drawn comics & animation.
