    Is this weed?

    We have a plant growing in our garden, and it looks very much like cannabis. I know normally you have to set up dedicated grow rooms etc, but there's always the story of the little old lady who got in trouble with the police for having a big cannabis plant in her garden not knowing what it was. It has been reeaally hot here recently with lots of sunshine.

          You live in Europe? I know there is a plant around my house (central florida) that looks EXACTLY like that, but its not weed, so i dunno.

            There's a plant that grows in CT that looks EXACTLY like weed, but is actually a fern, so that may be it. But first, I would destroy it (or smoke it) just incase.

            Weed has a very distinct smell, so ask a stoner friend too.

                That's not Marijuana. The structire of the plant is all wrong as is the niber of leaves. If it was pot, it would be a f'd up male plant of which is no good anyway.

                  Yea, to be honest that doesn't look like weed to me either. You can wait it out and see if it forms any buds, smoke up, or just smell it. Weed smells like weed, if it doesn't smell like funny cigarettes, it isn't.

                    You can hardly tell the structure of the plant from those pics.

                      The stalk would be thicker, shorter and have many more leaves and such, not weed.

                        Are you kidding me? That's weed, just because the leaves are shorter doesn't mean it isn't. There are lots of different species and one's that can grow in the English climate do have longer and thinner leaves.
