Batman & Robin was the worst movie I ever rented and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was the 2nd worst. I got through 40 minutes of Batman & Robin before turning it off and I had to fast-forward through 90 minutes of Crouching Tiger, Obvious Piece of Shit.

The twist is (I shit you not) that the interpreter reads the future on the back of cereal boxes, and the gaurdian, who has remained a mystery until the very end, is some irrelevant douche bag who lifts weights with only one side of his body. The whole fucking story is far-fetched and extremely predictable (I predicted the guardian thing, and the interpreter thing was so out of this fucking world batshit crazy that no one could have possibly seen it coming.)

I thought the movie was hilarious. Question though - the guy that had no secrets... what was his purpose? They had to go to the trouble of finding him but then he just kind of stood there. Did I miss something or did they just forget about him?

Just another plot hole. Kind of like why no one questioned anything. "They look into her eyes, and the feeling they get tells them that she's telling the truth." Bullshit! That's lazy filmmaking/writing.
