Just ?chatkick wouldn't work, obviously, because then everyone would have the right to kick people off chats. Basically, I'd kick Dill off your chat, and then he'd come back on as an alias and kick me off, and then I'd come back as an alias and kick him off, and that would go on forever. But yeah, chat ownership would be a good thing, as opposed to chats being these weird vague entities.

Easy way to solve that: make the transfering of chats impossible.

IE: No ?chatgrant command. People would be able to get chats but not trade them.

?chatban and ?chatkick are identical things,

however good idea on ?chatbanip - which could be a more permanent way of getting rid of someone instead of them just coming back on an alias.
