after being in jail for this shitty 60 days we noticed that harris county is bringin ppl to jail for nothing, most ppls cases are nothing and the DA's and police know that, yet you get ppl with no income who choose a court appointed attorney..idiots.... INSTEAD OF HIRING THERE OWN LIKE I DID,cuz here, if u have NO attorney, trust me, you WILL gett he max sentence, cuz wether u know or not the counties will make money off you. so when ppl are in jail for NOTHING AT ALL but are actually in for a Felony charge such as Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (which is actually GTA,yet the car hasnt been reported stolen) they run sings on this shit all the time with a "drunk guy" which is actually a cop.... who crases his "car" into the ditch, u get out to help him move his car from out the middle of the road and are chargd with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle as soon as u sit down in the drivers seat and the undercover lays a crack pipe down on the gear shift while theyalso tryto charge u with possesion of crack cocaine whie THEY KNOW ITS NOT YPIRS (once again its all about money...) THEN when u go to court after being in jail for 90 days onm a class B felony (i was in on a class B misdemeanor but a friend of mine was in on this) te same day i was to get out he had his court date, he wwent to court they tried to give him 5 years TDC Texas Department of Corrections, AKA the pen AKA PRISON OK? he wentto court they old him that shit (his attorney told him) he said "fuck that ill take it to trial" his att said "brb" he came back about 20 mins later"after talking with the DA (district attorney) and reviewing the tapes, you drove the car half a foot".....................

so..he pled, meaning he wnated to home that day and they dropped the felony to a class A misdemeanor and wasd sented to 120 days in county jail...well he had been there 90 day in reality which translate into 180 days..... so the point is...had he taken it to trial he would have WON and not had a misdemeanor on his record BUT it would have cost the county, what? 10000+ dollars finding a jury and court costs knowing he owuld whin his case and the ciounty be out allll that money so instead they drop his felony to a mis knowing he wants to go home and that hell take it JUAST to go hom, how fuckd up a system is this? unil you are in there and now whats going on, you have no idea shitty deal
