Originally posted by iLDuceOn a related note, how often do you guys (Europeans or Canadians) hear about the positive Americans have done and continue to do on a day-to-day basis?
Originally posted by iLDuceAs stated before, you don't think that school shootings happen more in the United States because we have fuckloads more people?

Crazy people will try to do horrible things, and sometimes they succeed. This has been going on regardless of borders, for a lot longer than any of us have been alive.
I grieve for the tragedy and loss for the people that are suffering from this.
The rest of you on both sides should grow up, because from what I've seen so far there are scant few people that have posted here that know their ass from their elbows."Sexy" Steve Mijalis-Gilster, IVX

Sar is so fucking right.
Some kid shot a bunch of people, and rather than expressing the needed condolences, or perhaps having an intelligent discussion on ways to lower violence in the world, many in this thread (and other threads) have turned it into a pissing contest between countries.
It's seriously getting old.Originally posted by ToneWomen who smoke cigarettes are sexy, not repulsive. It depends on the number smoked. less is better

And Sarien, not that I disagree with you, but this is a public forum is it not? From what I remember, there aren't any rules expressly forbidding the participation of any specific person (as long as they're not banned), which basically means that anyone can respond to a given thread as they see fit; whether stupid to the point that they don't "know their ass from their elbows", provocative to the point of trolling, or otherwise- as long as there isn't pornography involved.
Anyways, let's try to keep this civil people. Are human fat?

And to answer, these things don't get as much coverage in America, because hey... Americans don't really care about Canada. Meanwhile this has been front page news in every newspaper and TV news story in Canada.
And nor is it the first time something like this has happened either. It happened a few years ago in Alberta, and it happened in 1989 in Montreal which was a much more tragic event.
I know some people who went to Dawson, so I guess this hits closer to home because I've heard of this school before... so I wish those who were injured the best of luck in a speedy recovery...Epinephrine's History of Trench Wars:
