Anyway I think my original words have been twisted. I just don't think a comic book adaptation of a real life event is going to do the real life event justice. I think the real life event would be completely awesome if it were given a 'Saving Private Ryan' type of treatment. Generally comic books don't have that kind of thing. While it may be a fun movie, it won't be accurate at all, and my point was that if given a real historical treatment it would make an awesome movie.Epinephrine's History of Trench Wars:

A real historical treatment of Thermopylae is only possible to an extent. Saving Private Ryan was able to have this treatment as there are many eyewitness accounts on record and many witnesses still alive. Thermopylae doesn't have those advantages. Sure, the movie will have some creative license, but just about any movie about Thermopylae has to speculate about some aspects of the battle.The song doesn't make your hands clap,
