Unfortunately it seems Sarien won't be returning in an admin role. I don't know for sure whether Sarien wants all-or-nothing, but would you want to work for a boss that doesn't respect you and has stated there's no chance of you ever getting a promotion? Plus if the admin position did become available to Sarien, would you be prepared to work alongside someone that again doesn't respect you and is prepared to undermine you?

In order of importance:

A) Have a good one, Z. Thanks for trying. I'm sure you'll come back drunk once a year or so and pound out something half unintelligble.

2) Leave the current admin be. As Z said, one was amenable, and one wanted nothing to do with it. So either one you pick, you have a 50% chance of guessing the wrong one. Yes, I do know the actual answer.

Lastly) The smod position is a joke, and Z knows it. No offense, it's not a I want all or nothing kind of deal. It's more of a "Err no thanks I'd prefer to not slave away and devote my time to making you look good and waiting for you to remove my powers again one day when you think nobody will notice."

Nothing against Zeus, cause I know exactly how hard he tried, and if it were as equals? Yeah I'd try to work with both admin. There's only so much undermining you can do to an established equal. But the person that says they want me only as an smod knows full well that if they hold off a while longer, until Zeus goes away, they get everything. The offer is politics. "I'll offer him that, and when he turns it down he looks ungrateful", exactly the way DTF originally put me down as. I also know that person would simply wait a while, watch everything go quiet, and then shove me out under the pretense that a warning was the wrong color or something else just as blatantly false.
