What if it was true in this wishes case, that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction? Like, obtaining money means that income is taken from other families? Or moderate world peace means that another country's violence, torture, and devastation is increased 100 fold?

The unlimited money thing wouldn't really work out, since currency has to come from somewhere. If you had an unlimited amount, it would no longer have any value.

I wasn't planning on giving hundreds of billions of dollars to everyone I meet, just having everything I want. Bill Gates has more than enough money for me to have everything I want, and he doesn't completely destroy the economy.
