In other news, Ford was alright, and it's sad he died . He was a starchy conservative though. Nixon was the man, except for all the crime and shit.

Only US president who was never elected (assigned by Nixon to replace Spiro Agnew, then took over when Nixon resigned).
Ford had the balls to pardon Nixon and was greatly criticized for this when he did it, yet now history treats the pardon as a very wise decision because it enabled the country to move on. He lost the next election (and ended his political career) because of the pardon. (Another example of the misguided public simply wanting 'change' for the sake of change.)

He has my respect and his family has my condolances.
