Board games

I personally rediscovered the old-school fun of board games after settlers-/ Colonists of Catan and started playing other games by the same distributor like Carcassonne.

Do you people still play board games? Wonder if playing computer games excludes playing real-life board games.

ps. I am also looking for fun strategic games to play with 2-4 players which do not take a whole day

I just got Risk from my girlfriend for chistmas, and I plan on playing that alot soon.

Another game I've played alot is Axis and Allies, it's basically like risk, but more complicated.

In the past couple of months I've played risk twice and monopoly once. I lost in all 3 games.

Board games with friends can be better than playing online; much better atmosphere.

my cousin has this game called blockus which is pretty nifty for 2 or 4 players
4 sets of tetris like pieces and you have to try to place as many as you can on the board while the other players are doing the same. try to block peopel form expanding adn stuff



ive played apples to apples a few times now and its hilarious.... but there isnt any board or anything

its mostly just seing what random bullshit you can make form the cards in your hand

Cranium is fun when you have alot of people, also scrabble.

I'dd suggest playing puzzles. Not the easy ones, but the hard ones.

You'll find them by looking on the side of the board-game. It will say "3 to 5 years"
