I agree, however what you're saying will actually hurt them. A shocker I know, but just try to wrap your head around it.

What good comes out of drinking? Just because "everyone" else does it and its "normal" doesn't mean its right to do, or even smart. Honestly, what is good about drinking? If there is any good that comes from drinking, it sure doesn't outway all the people who were killed in accidents, people who were abused by drunk parents, people who were taken advantage of because of their situation, all the circumstances that you thought you had control of, but you ended up messing things up, all the broken homes, and all the wasted money. Come on, think smart, what good comes out of alcohol?

Turns out they had been for a while that night and she asked me to swear not to tell anyone.
how old is your sister and her friends? tell her to talk to me

i'll put some advice in her

What am I crying about? I'm not the one who wants to waste their life away on alcohol, I have nothing to cry about but for you.

You're crying like a Fucking Faggot.

                      "OMGOOSES, ALCOHOL KILLS PEOPLE!"

Alcohol ABUSE can lead to problems.
I will say it again for emphasis, as your near impregnable ChristArmor blocks logic from your skull: Alcohol -ABUSE-

"American Heritage® Dictionary: Description of abuse
TRANSITIVE VERB: 1. To use wrongly or improperly; misuse: abuse alcohol; abuse a privilege. abuser, abused, abusing, abuses"

I could abuse Campbell's soup by pouring it on floors and waiting for people to slip, that doesn't mean we go and ban Low Sodium Chicken Noodle from the shelves.
Take your pompous, holier than thou, Ivory tower, self righteous Bullshit and cram it up your ass until it tickles your Tonsils.

Your analogy is far from being appliable. Every alcohol abuse starts with 1 drink. As well, she just abused alcohol hersel, so she's obviously one who is prone to it. She's so much more at risk of all those things I mentioned. Of all the people in here who've drink, have any of you gotten drunk?

At one drink, you begin to see noticeable changes within a person, thus making you easier to be taken advantage of. In most states in the United States of America, 2 drinks is just on the border line for getting a DWI. For most people, you'll get arrested after 3 drinks. The drink size is only going to be about 8-12 ounces, but also the type of drink has stronger alcohol levels as well, but if you've had 3 or more drinks ever before, thats generally going to be enough to get you arrested if you were to drive. It doesn't take much to ruin your life, drinking alcohol is worse then playing with fire. I hate to use Hollywood as support for anything, but look how many of those people have ruined their lives and careers because of alcohol, sure they thought they could control themselves, but the power of alcohol is overwhelmingly strong. I mean this when I say it, but only a fool would drink a cup of alcohol or more.

I don't drink alcohol myself.. but I have never seen anyone get way easier after 1 drink, or anything like that.

As for the thread, the drinking age here is 16 (18 for the heavier alcohol). And I don't think her drinking at that age is a huge problem. Just talk to her about it, see if she knows her limits and if she does, and more or less realises the full extent of alcohol use, it's not really a problem.
Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.

Blueblaze, not only are you a Moron but you make no attempts to hide it.

First off: Did you know Wikipedia is a freely accessible database which can be edited by anyone with internet access?

Second: Don't try and play if off like you are some Fucking Toxicology expert, I notice it took you roughly 30 minutes to issue any attempt at a coherent response. All the while you were lurking on this thread.
That is because you know your 'argument' is ridiculous and I imagine it takes time to find bogus shit and figure out how to try and spin it to seem like it supports your position.

Lastly, I don't care how much you think Alcohol effects what, Human beings are not a standardized, one-size-fits-all Mannequin.
Varying amounts of Alcohol in people of differing sizes, health and builds, will NOT effect them all in the exact same way at the exact same quantities.
Learn how to hold your Fucking Alcohol. It's called KNOWING YOUR LIMITS, and when you DON'T, you run right across that white line and into the 'Abuse' section.
And now here is the part where I re-iterate to you that 'ABUSE' of most anything can have negative results!

Please consult post #40 of this thread.
I will edit it to include boldface text, in a wishful attempt to assist knowledge in it's quest to infiltrate your mind.

                                1. Those statistics have been echoed by various city and state governments. Its just not just someone was anti alcohol and decided to make up a bunch of lies, but those that is truthful information.

                                2. I didn't spend 30 minutes creating that post, it just took me about 5 minutes to create the post. I'm on here quiet a bit, atleast on the weekends, but I'm not sitting here the whole time. I'm studying a book, Changed into His Image by Dr. Jim Berg while I am on the forums as well.

                                3. I never said those are exact to everyone, but those are general statistics which effects the average person. Some people are effected by less alcohol, some by more. As well, women are generally prone to getting drunk easier then men.
May my ambition be, more love of Christ to thee.
