i was on TV for about ten seconds, when i was like 8, in my underwear. the news segment was about the poor drainage systems in our area of town, and i was running around in my underwear, swimming - yes, swimming - in my street because everytime it rained, it would get 2,3 feet deep.

what did i say? what any kid says when he's 8 and sees a camera. "hi mom!"

made the channel 8 news, and 10 years later, thanks to my superb speech, they finally began extensively repairing the streets around here, which now means to get to my college takes like 15 minutes instead of 5 because of the "main" roads is now a one-laner.
