I commute into the city centre with my girlfriend at fucking half past seven every morning, we buy a crossiant and kiss goodbye at Charing Cross station each time.

I make a point of having a firm handshake, however I'm not one of those up who goes up and down and up and down, it's like a forceful ripple travelling down my arm that eminates from my shoulder, so by the time it gets to the hands its a quick up/down jerk. Not through a conscious decision, it's just what happens.
