remove the bit about health problems, if you leave that in you will have great difficuly in getting a job. You can explain your gap (if they ask) at the interview. The job of the CV is to get an interview. Also you should mention the degree you started in the education section.

Big up your key skills too.

I'm sure u can do better than "Ability to listen"

You have more computer skills than a big section of people in the workplace. Word and Excel proficeny are always liked as well as ability with the internet and email.

Still needs revising, but then again CVs are the type of thing you go over again and again anyway. Mainly, there should be a better alternative to "gap years due to health problems", it just gives the instinctive feeling that you're lazy and about to croak or something. I'd even put in ZH duties (carefully worded) as volunteer work too. "Ability to follow written instructions" is pretty bad, a 10 year old should be able to do that really :P

Maybe I'll come up with a version of your CV when I get home and see whatcha think, but I might forget :P Not that I'm the greatest CV guy ever though.

Replace 'health problems' with 'mental health problems' and 'financial problems' with 'homeless'.

Just kidding Just take it all out.

Nope. There's no reason anyone has to include anything they feel is a weakness on a CV. If you got bad grades, leave off your GPA. If you suck at math, you don't have to say so.

If you think the 3 year gap needs to be explained, be ready with a good answer. Even better, leave off your high school years altogether. After college, no need to have high school there anymore.

If you think the CV will be too empty without high school, you can include a short list of classes you took if you think it might be pertinent to the job you want.
