How many text messages do you send?

I was talking to this kid in my class and he said he sometimes exceeds his limit of 500 text messages a month. I send text messages for stuff like "dude where are u" and "k be there in sec." Maybe 20-30 a month. I asked a few other people and a couple of them send between 500-1000 text messages a month, but neither of them could explain what exactly they sent in their text messages. Do you do this crazy shit, and if you do, what the hell do you talk about?

Sometimes I text a lot... and sometimes I don't.

I used to use over 1000 texts a month. I would just text and text and text and text. I'd just have random conversations one sentence at a time. And then sometimes I text during class when I'm really bored.

Lately, I've only been using about 100 a month. Mostly texting my friends asking what the homework was or random inclass texting.

I use texting as much as possible because I hate being on the phone. Especially with girls because they're worthless as fuck to talk to so if you can condense what you and they need to say into a text message it makes everyone's life easier.

I have never text messaged, in fact, I have them turned off so that I don't even receive them. I find them unnecessary and inpersonable.

I never really liked cellphones, im the type that spends one month without recharging the phone and then I recharge it with alot of money and its only enough for like one month so I have no idea how many. I like talking on the phone but sometimes like gen said texts are pretty good to sum it up.

Not a big fan of them. I send 2 a month at most, sometimes none. Only send them if someone sends me one. They get pissed if I call after they text, which doesn't make much sense if they are in a place where they can talk.

I use texting almost 9 times out of 10 when I'm in lecture of course, someone's phoning in, rumble rumble rumble, text back IN CLASS. There's one wasted text =)

I recently switched my service provider to o2 PayG, and I get free allowances with it depending on how much I top-up per billing month. I can choose between text or calls packages and right now I'm on one called text anytime.

I qualified for 1000 free texts yesterday for this next billing month, which means I've spent £30+ on credit.

I have no idea how I've spent any more than £30 on it in the last month.

i like talking more than sending txt. I usually just send a text if the person's phone is off or something
