Edit : The more I look at Ms. China the weirder it gets. Awful Photoshop job.

Her hands have different pigmentation. It's one thing for the face to be different to her hands, but for each hand to be that different, considering the lighting, is bizarre. Her left hand doesn't look natural in the silghtest, a lot of smoothing has been done (her right hand has some texture to it and reflects the light naturally, her left one looks like matte paint and the light reflection has been smoothed).

It looks like the editor thought he/she should smooth the crap out of the face and left hand because that's where the eyes would be lured, and left the right arm alone because it looked ok. But then doing one without doing the other threw it out of balance. On the plus side it detracts from the neck smoothing ...
