Trick is to go on each link once per day. The link in the first post adds new population, the second link later on (im gonna edit my first post to add this) adds a new factory i believe. And other links I'll give you updates on as we have done enough to merit the use of them lol

Ok here's my take on it based on the little bit of french I took in high school

Every day each person gets a chance to click on a link to improve an aspect of the city

Population: http://trench.miniville.fr/
Industry (Jobs): http://trench.miniville.fr/ind
Transportation (Roads): http://trench.miniville.fr/tra

The percentages on the side are
Unemployment
Traffic (I'm guessing the lower this is, the farther people can be from a workplace)
Crime
Pollution

In a bit, it looks like we'll be able to bolster the police, clean up the environment, and add a commercial buildings

This seems just like Sim City except you don't get to control placement
