Why is George W. Bush still in office? What are other peoples feelings on him? Especially those

Since I did not graduate from an Ivy League school like Yale, and since I do not have as much money as he does, I would hesitate to call him an idiot.

But I do think he has sucked as a leader and President.

Oddly enough, I know quite a few dumbass people I graduated High School with that got into some difficult to enter colleges. One of these ex-classmates got into Penn State Main Campus with a combined SAT score of 850 +/-. The reason he got in was based upon everyone from his family being alumni as well as donating some nice $$ to the school.

This being said, I was denied admittance to Penn State with my 1280 SAT. I could only get in if I went to one of there satellite campus' and start in the summer and remain there for 2 years. After the 2 yrs, I could go to main campus. F'm...I went to Case Western Reserve University instead...better school!

This being said, another classmate from H.S. got into Univ. of Penn (Ivey League). Again, terrible SAT scores and horrible gpa in H.S. itself. He got in all because of his Mother being an employee of the college. Not only did he get in, it was free, as anyone who is employed by the college, their children can attend free...and of course, who looks at grades?

So back to GWB....his father is an Alumni of Yale, as was Prescott Bush (George Jr. Grandfather) who not only attended Yale, but was From 1944 to 1956, a member of the Yale Corporation, the principal governing body of Yale University. James Smith Bush who was George Jr.'s Great Grandfather also attended Yale. All of these previous Yale-Bush members had become millionaires and worked in Oil, Steel, Politics as well as the Yale Corporation.

So knowing this and the family money and alumni to Yale...not to leave out the monetary contributions and sitting on the schools corporate board, are you really shocked that George W. Bush was allowed to attend Yale...come on...do you really think his grades and brains got him into an Ivey league school?
