Ill-timed force will be ineffective; act with precision; timing is everything. Knowing where and when to strike is more important than strength; misapplied ability is disability. Unreasonable or undue force will defeat itself

If ever such an argument were to be presented widely, Cryer said, the income to the federal government would plummet. But not to worry, he said, the expenses could be reduced equally by eliminating programs, departments and agencies that also have no foundation in the Constitution.
that's exactly what i was trying to point out, poor education:P
but seriously i was looking up test scores and such and i saw an amazing statistic, while SC ranks almost at the bottom (ahead Washington, DC of all places) with and avg. SAT score of 993 (horrible) but had a 64% of students take the test. LA on the otherhand had an avg SAT score of 1127 (good enough for anyone who took it to make it into college...) but only 8% of ppl took the test!?
I know that the ACT is more popular, with 85% of people taking it in LA and 38% in SC; but the avg score is only 19.8, and 19.4 respectively. So why isn't anyone taking the SAT? Do they not want to go to east coast schools? Is it just not offered? imo the ACT was easier, but i only took it once.
and while i'm thinking about it, can't the irs just garnish your wages? that's what they always told us. or what about auctioning off your property? i think that just because he refuses to pay, doesnt mean that they can't get the money from him somehow
Every time I see someone use the phrase "garnish your wages" I wonder if they use parsley or something more elaborate like a duck carved out of a kumquat.

Louisiana is an amazing place to live, especially if you're a stoner. I know alot of people with hometown blues, but I'm glad as hell I grew up where I did
