they burn for several hours, limited odour and mos drop fast.

at REI (I assume elsewhere too) they have stuff thats like 95% DEET

it WILL work, but you can't put it on broken skin and have to wash thoroughly before eating or going to the bathroom

those propane tank things are supposed to be good long-term solutions

ps. it seems a higher BAC makes your blood smell less appetizing to mosquitos

Point is: i don't know. But somehow my gf doesn't get bitten and i get attacked.

The only person I know who doesnt get bitten by mosquitos at all is my cousin. He told me a story a few years ago about a camping trip and how his whole family got bit like crazy except for him. Not one bite. About 2 years later he was diagnosed with leukemia. Who knows, maybe mosquitos can detect bad blood too.

Of course it could just be a coincidence, but interesting at least.

95% DEET Is a bit excessive for putting on your skin. Most sprays that actually have DEET (you'd better check, some pussy sprays don't) only have it at about 25%.

Also, if a higher BAC is the key, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong... I mean I'm drinking the beer and these damn skeeters keep buzzing in my ears... And I keep swatting at them but there's always like two of em and two arms and two hands swatting and that brings me back to my drinking problem, man, one mouth and two hands, and an empty can. And I ain't got no loochy loochy
