This thread is not about "my countries" (whatever that means, last time I checked I had one nationality only) but about you judging people and saying they are criminals only because they are black and then you try to hide it in some bs talk about economical conditions.

I'm saying that if someone is willing to follow me home and intimidate me then they have probably done this before, you don't wake up one day and say "man, I'm gonna go punk some kids", and chances are if they've tried this once then they've probably tried it several times and in which case they've probably had run ins with the law. I don't even think this has so much do with race rather than the 'youth mentality' that exists in North America, half of the youth here idolize a lifestyle that believes in a) getting high b) getting rich, at any expense and c) dressing like Rick James just bitch slapped the fuck out of them.

You stepped over the line, I do not have a problem with anyone, that means ANYONE as long as they show compassion and respect to all humans. I do not believe illegal tendencies is apparent in any race, crime is heavily tied to economic issues, I've lived in crummy government housing and the people stealing and dealing aren't just black or white. If you think I'm hiding behind my belief that crime doesn't know skin color then you don't understand me, and you never will.

That was uncalled for Crv. There's no reason to go down the path Cops was on, it only leads into a bunch of houses and I know they don't live in our complex. You also don't stop and ask someone who's alone for the fucking time at 9:30 at night, it doesn't matter who you are. This gangster crap is a social-economic problem, not a race one. There's a lot of white kids even into it up here. This wasn't about race or even the social-economic problems, only about how the justice system here continues to fail so many people and routinely ignores the victim.

You went from being followed (admittedly a bad thing), to presuming they were obviously previous criminals, to damning an entire justice system. The justice system is run the way it's run because it is based on fundamental ideals of justice and rights. It's the way it is because of the way that we as Canadians would like our society to be. Which is a place where people are punished according to their crimes, and that you don't automatically say two kids who followed you were probably hardened criminals who should be behind bars for the next 10 years but were let off early because of our crappy system.

Again, why, at 9:30 at night would two youth be following a person who is alone. Not only that come back not 2 minutes later, come into my backyard and look into MY house? That's cocky or just plain fucking stupid, I do not want those kind of people out on the streets. I assume the worse when it comes to safety and when dealing with youth like this. Race doesn't factor into it. The justice system is broken, everyone I know who has assaulted another person (even with malicious intent) served no jail time.

Current legal system says people are 'innocent until proven guilty'. Any legal system that lock people up just because they might look like a criminal , IMO, is subject to abuse and therefore injustice.

They trespassed on my property. That is a crime, found guilty under any system or not, they are criminals. You can also be arrested for suspicion to commit a criminal offense, or intent so you are wrong on that point also.
