    So beautiful...
Yet its kinda weird... I thought earth will look much bigger from the moon. From the video it look like how we see the moon, and its odd since Earth is much bigger.

So you can have the opportunity to understand the facts...

The ability to accurately measure the precise distance from earth to the moon is quite important. By using lasers and the precision they represent, we now know that the moon is moving away from the earth by 3cm per year. Is this significant? Yes, because it is not probable that one day the moon just decided to start moving away. Moving backwards in time, the moon was closer and closer to the earth until at some point the moon and earth were joined.

Since independant groups (such as Universities around the world) have had their lasers returned from the mirrors on the moon, it would be impossible to deny their existence.

I already knew that, but thanks anyways.
With that thought in mind, some think that the moon was a piece of the earth and at some point in the very distant past broke off when worlds collided. It's believed by these thinkers that there was another sister planet to Earth... that these 3 planets (earth, mars & X) were so close, and civilization at this time was advanced enough to allow regular travel between them. Planet X collided with Earth, creating the moon from earth and the asteroid belt from the demolished debris of planet X and life on Mars becomes extinct.

Regarding the USA moon landing videos, I find it interesting, that anyone after seeing the videos would still believe the moon landings are legit. There's experts in their field giving explanations for the inconsistencies. Many court cases are proven or disproved with expert opinion.

            * The waving of the flag where there is no air or atmosphere.
            * In one scene an astronaut hops along and at one point he goes up before pushing off the ground. Implying there was a wire simulating the gravity.
            * There's no blast crater from the module landing.
            * There's no plume from the rocket blast leaving the moon.

What's the deal with no stars? The same appears evident with the Japanese pictures. Is there some kind of phenomenon in space where stars aren't as bright?

Are you for real? How can you read so selectively that you even forgot to address the point made in the post you're quoting? How can you read so selectively that you are parrotting arguments which have been refuted and refuted time after time and are easily found on the internet? ( http://www.badastronomy.com/bad/tv/foxapollo.html ). Did Tone hack your account?

I'm just thinking out loud like I always do. If someone responds and leads me to some good information to digest, I'm gonna check it out. Unlike Tone, I can be swayed to different thought. I just came across the moon hoax videos last night. K. I don't just say shit for the hell of it. It's to stimulate thoughts & ideas... and perhaps, more often than not, to learn something new... no matter how radical the ideas may be. -_-

                Thanks for the link ^-^

Edit:>re:mirrors.. I've always considered & thought the surface of the moon was enough to bounce light/lasers.

In that case, my bad. I assumed you've been in contact with the refutations. Remember that space, and the moon is a very alien environment - you would expect that footage of it is weird and not always what you're used to experience on earth.
Anyway, take a look at that badastronomy website, it should make it clear enough that the hoax claims are based on ignorance of physics and photography.

It may be, but the reflection is diffuse so it would be impossible to find back the original laser beam that was sent to it. Even with the focused laser beam and the mirror, the reflected signal is so weak that it takes hours of measuring to have it emerge from the background noise.
Interestingly, I also recently learned that the moon is actually pretty dark, the dust covering it is charcoal black. Therefore the earth appears many more times brighter as seen from the moon, than vice versa.

                      Thanks agan.

I'm curious though, in regards to the stars, on earth, one can see more stars much brighter in the countryside as opposed to urban areas. Without the pollution & atmosphere, you'd think they'd be even more abundant & brighter on the moon?

                        This section explains it clearly:
                        http://www.badastronomy.com/bad/tv/foxapollo.html#stars

To summarize, the pictures were taken when the moon was sun-lit. The surface of the moon is much brighter than the stars in the sky. Therefore the stars are much too faint to see.

all the film was lost. NASA lost it all. some of the most important film in history, but they just accidentally lost it like some car keys or the remote. opps
