I believe we're not alone on this planet and I also believe some time in the near future everyone will see for themselves. It's like religion; you either believe it or you don't. People share things because it interests the person sharing... and sometimes, through sharing, people find others with similar ideas.

Not everyone has the same passions and some passions are on the extreme opposite of others. This doesn't have to make those on the opposite extremes enemies. Your aversion and that of many others on this forum to arguing religion or God in a rational, reasonable manner is based on the simple fact that science and rational discourse does not recognize or allow for much less dissect the divinity, so anything for or against it is moot. If extraterrestrial life or intelligence does exist anywhere or at all it would have developed much like life and intelligence on our own planet, being susceptible to the same forces and to the same biological necessities as animals on our planet, making a physical "footprint" possible (biological mass, produce, material).

So yes, if you knew how to present the proper materials, accredited and peer reviewed articles you may convince people. Sadly though I don't think any of that exists but if you're not willing to make the effort then you're useless, much like this forum.

I don't even remember any exchange with you at all... I don't remember the people as much as I do the topics i have with people.. unless, like kolar, who's always compelled to have the last word.
I usually try to forget negative experiences... and eventually, for most of them I do. I've been a member of this community for over 5 years. I haven't always been a 'conspiracy theorist.'
