What accent turns you on?

Ok so i'm currently in work - it's a slow friday and i'm really bored

Anyhow a few hours ago i logged a problem with a telephone and just there now paula zarksoifbasibgaosubgAAAKOV (i lost track of her surname but it deffinately began with a z and was fairly long) rings up with a sexy eastern european accent. She was a bit hard to make out but i didn't really care.

There is currently an influx of sexy polish people coming into ireland and also from other eastern european countries too with the EU expanding it's members.

Anyhow i like their accents but this has got me thinking, i liked 2 english girls accent too erm one from sunderland and one from cornwall - and i like a scottish girls accent and i liked a girl from here (northern ireland) but from a remoter part of the country accent too, and a girl from derry rather than where i live (belfast)- and southern girls accents

i think i just like any accent thats not mine - something a little different with the exeption off really shitty ones like SOUTH AFRICA - man that's a terrible accent !! I've met several different south africans inlcuding my friends father who's been living here for like 20+ years and they've all been terrible

also middle england - i've relatives there and its terrible - birmingham or some place near there. I've heard some pretty bad American accents too but there are some nicer ones.

There's a lot of really hot Irish girls in Liverpool, quite like their accent. Dislike broad scouse accents though. It's the people who live the furthest away from the city centre who have the stronger scouse accents, I think it's because they like to 'represent' Liverpool, yet they live so far away from the city, I suppose they have to reinforce the borders eh? We also get this in my town which has pretty much nothing to do with Liverpool apart from it being on Merseyside.

We have a lot of Polish here in Southport, not noticed any good looking ones.

I've always had a thing for the Aussie dialect. I had a major attraction to that blonde, pregnant chick in Lost because of that.

Other than that I'd have to say Swedish chicks speaking Swedish.

Any UK or Irish accent makes me go flaccid. Same with German and most Western European nations (French isn't bad, Italian and Spanish are great).

I think if the girl is hot then it makes the accent seem hot too because I dont understand how anyone would like the cornwall accent.

i think you'll like/dislike the accent based on the girl. if i went to the deep south and found some hick with 4 teeth left who's had several mutant inbred children with his first cousin, i'd find his slow southern drawl repulsive. If his first cousin was hot, however, she'd be a real southern bell and i'd be all for it.

i was quite drunk and pleased with myself i figured out she was from england though hmm it seemed like an amazing piece of detective work at teh time, she came up and talked to me and i was like "wait a minute your english right?

and she was hot

my memory of her could be skewed thinking back :P
