Here's an idea read my fucking first post 'wrap your tool', ie 'wear a fucking condom'. It's also crucial to know who you're fucking, it isn't rocket science to know that some people you know or hang out with fuck around a lot more than others. Also figuring out that person's stance on safe sex is important. My comment for checking for visible STDs is pretty legit, besides obviously wearing a condom it doesn't hurt to look at what you're fucking considering you can still get an STD if you come into contact with it. If you're afraid of looking at a vagina then you shouldn't fuck it.


Suggesting that you should only have sex with someone who you've been in a long standing relationship is not going to stop people from having sex, because for every Zerzera out there you've got 100 people who realize sex is a lot of fun and can be safe. Africa has tons of factors that make HIV such a hard issue to deal with, the whole continent isn't ignorant about sex or HIV, it's a lot bigger than that. It's like the Catholic priests in Africa who preach abstinence but don't believe in condoms, people will have sex, and this is not peoples fault for not having things to make their sex safer. You can't just say that a whole continent of people are ignorant about HIV, because you know just as well as I do that not everyone in Africa is fucking stupid when it comes to sex.
