hmm maybe I should start by saying I really think LFs whole story is a steaming pile of dung.

But on the near impossible chance that LF is telling the truth about something.

1st: don't get involved with him you idiot it will only worsen her mental state and aggravate the tension between them.

2nd: get her to go see a doctor I mean regular MD and make sure she hasn't sustained any unknown damage (its usually the case) then see a Therapist with her if you really plan to stay together

3rd: don't socialize with him

4th: if he must be part of the whole scene for parental reasons then get a court order to have him get therapy mandatory.
