I'm moving to Oakville in August, it's really not a bad quiet place to live. Toronto sucks balls, the party scene blows, the bars suck, the people are decent but it's really nothing fantastic. Sheridan has a pretty awesome pub, the girls are pretty hot, and the parks are sick. It might be a quiet place to live and go to school but it's not like living in Toronto is any better. Plus Sheridan is one of the top art schools in North America, so I don't see a point in traveling downtown when the schools farther out are just as good if not better in some areas.

edit: If anything the mayor knows how to run his city, there's one central area where all the cheap apartments/neighborhoods stem from and then there's a few apartments by the college. It's a lot better than our mayor who thinks that she can put up government housing in established neighborhoods and this will help dilute the problems that come from government buildings, it just creates pockets of shit everywhere.

woodbine isn't that great. It also doesn't help the fact that it's surrounded by a college and a ghetto, that's some grade a city planning.

Fallsview is the only decent casino in Ontario. Niagara isn't terrible but it's not that great.

Preferably I don't mind drinking any kind of beer really. I think my laziness, lack of identification, and limited resources attributes to my choice of just sticking to whatever is close at hand. For a good time in my stay here at college, all I ever seen was bud light bud light, so naturally my choice is bud light. I moved to a new apartment and all the roommates practically just drink Coors light, so now I don't mind calling that my choice. But really one drink that smacks my lips and makes my stomach feel all good and warm inside is Blue Moon with Orange slices.

I usually settle for Yuengling if I don't want to pay out the ass for a great beer, which is only a couple times a week. We have a bar that offers 80 cent Yuengling pitchers on thursday nights... I love it.
