Yeah it'll kill ya. Besides sleep deprivation, it puts a consistent stress on your body. Although you're young and you'll be able to take a small beating - so maybe a bottle won't do any permanent damage.

Eat a solid breakfast in the morning followed by 4-6 snacks/small portions of food throughout the day. The size of these meals should be somewhere around the size of half a sandwich, a granola bar, or a bowl of oatmeal. If you eat an ample breakfast, it will kickstart your metabolism early in the day, and the small meals spread out throughout the day will keep your metabolism running at a high, steady rate. You will have more energy and burn more calories. Make sure the 4-6 small meals are somewhat healthy. Don't deprive yourself - take a multivitamin supplement daily along with Omega-3 Fish Oil pills. Make sure to also have some "healthy" fats in your diet (i.e. olive oil, nuts, canola oil, peanut oil) in order to break down the vitamins. Only vitamins B & C are water soluble, meaning they will break down in water. The others are fat soluble, so a certain amount of "healthy" fats are needed in your diet in order to break down the rest of the vitamins so that they don't just pass through your system.

i weigh 127lbs (58 kilograms). i was OK with 130, 127 is a bit low.
i did all this more or less to see how low i could bring my body fat percentage, right now it's something like 4%. now it's time to load up on carbs and hulk out, ooah
edit: and with adderall, as your weight drops, your GPA rises!
