Dennis Kucinich has just proposed 35 articles of impeachment against Bush, I've watched the entire thing on C-SPAN and none of the other news channels are reporting it yet. GO DK GO!!!!!

Article 1 - Creating a secret propaganda campaign to manufacture a false case for war against Iraq.

Article 4: misled by claiming that Iraq posed a threat in order to use the US Army

Article 8. Invaded a sovereign nation, Iraq, in violation of US Treaties and the UN Charter.

Article 9: about body & vehicle armor

Article 10: Falsifying accounts of US troop deaths.

Article 11: Establishment of permanent bases in Iraq.

Article 12: Initiating a war against Iraq for control of that nation's national resources.

Article 13: Creating a secret task force to guide our nation's energy and military policy.

Article 14: Misuse and exposure of classified information and obstruction of justice regarding Valerie Plame.

Article 16 - wasting public funds on contracts to close associates, people guilty of gov't fraud, and no due bid process.

Article 27-Failing to comply with Congressional subpoenas and instructing former employees not to comply with Congressional subpoenas

Article 28-Tampering with free and fair elections, corruption of the administration of justice

Article 29-Conspiracy to violate The Voting Rights Act of 1965

Article 30-Misleading Congress and the American People in an attempt to destroy Medicare

Article 31-Failure to plan for the predicted disaster of hurricane Katrina

Article 32-Misleading Congress and the American People, systematically undermining efforts to address global climate change

Article 33-Repeatedly ignored and failed to respond to high-level intelligence warnings of planned terrorist attacks in The United States prior to 9-11

They won't impeach him. The Democrats are worried that if they did it to Bush it would become the normal thing to do in Washington for political pay back once they get someone in office.

On November 6th 2007, the House votes in favor of Impeachment Proceedings against Cheney H.R. 1495 to now go before the House Judiciary committee and now the Bi-Partisan vote to override Bush on his Veto “to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, to authorize the Secretary of the Army to construct various projects for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States, and for other purposes”.

The vote was unanimous for impeachment proceedings to commence for Cheney and yet they never started them.

Pelosi has made a sworn promise as speaker that she will not allow impeachment proceedings to be held while she remains madame Speaker. This in itself is against the oathe she had taken as Speaker in upholding the Constitution of which has the mention of Impeachment noted several if not more times within.

Obviously there are Democrats that have something to hide that could be held against them in such an act.

The factthat Dennis once again has made such noteable points for impeachment again, shows the flaws in how the U.S. Government adheres to its own laws as well as strays from the foundations and priciples that the Constitution had been ratified for in keeping self serving monarch wannabee's from profiteering and corupt handling of the Federal Government.

James Madison must be rolling in his grave with the flagrant disregard for the laws and oathes many in politics have sworn to uphold.

Read the Federalist Papers if you ever have the chance. It really shines a light on what the Constitution was meant to be and meant to keep away from our government.

I agree with Dennis Kucinich 100%, but they will sweep this under the carpet to save all those involved that go way beyond just the Bush Administration.

Impeachment just means to be formally accused. It doesn't necessarily mean that you actually get thrown out of office. If Congress formally accuses him of something (or 35 things...) he's impeached and has to go to trial by the Senate, if I remember correctly from my gov't class.
