see there's a problem with that. Fuck having a criminal record for something I do in my house that affects no one. Maybe your life's already set, and a criminal record want do shit to you. Even then, you should still not want it, and should defend your right to not be labeled as a criminal.

It's not about avoiding laws, we do that every day when we speed down the freeway. It's about not wasting resources, ruining more lives than addiction, and imposing government morality upon the people.

Personally, i would rather quit smoking weed than go to jail for it. That's why i'm not addicted to it.

And on the prices-- Why is the price of 1/8 artificially set around 40-50 dollars for the majority of america? It's not because it costs that much to grow it and manufacture it for sale. you're paying middle men and they make huge profits off of it being illegal. Grown on your own, or even by the government, it would not have to change as many hands. And I'd gladly pay more, even though you wouldn't have to pay anything - just grow it, to not have to worry about jail, fines, and being labeled a criminal.

yea i just dont want it to be taxed or sold in stores ill take a ticket on a misdemeanor, in tex u can have up to 2oz's before its a felony thats alot to be walking around with unless you're a dealer or on your way home with it but at home there are no worries so it makes no diff to me if its legalized and anyways, its a misdemeanor heree so...that shit means nothing in terms of record but they DO suspend ur liscense if u were caught driving, thats the shitty part
