I haven;t been many places, but come to the Downtown Marketplace in Ottawa on a 30 C day. Yeah, you bet your ass you'll see some nice eye candy.
Only other place I've been and I can say the women are especially hot, is Vanderbilt University, in Nashville. It's actually known for having some of the hottest women in all American Universities. My X goes there.

I have a Serbian friend who argues that the reason eastern european girls are so hot is because they have been insulated from western fast food for so long, andd the hormones n shit contained in said foods... Personally I would/have fukd an ugly eastern euro just to hear her accent.

my mother is in Iran as we speak, and her account of the country is that women are barely wearing their head scarfs at all. In fact some women aren't wearing it at all. 10 years ago, this probably wouldn't have been allowed, but so many women aren't following the rules that they really can't do anything about it. And they're wearing make-up too if you wanted to know (which you probably don't because you obviously have a great bias towards Iran, because the president said he wanted to eradicate your country off the map.
