  • ATTN: Web/Graphic Designers & Developers

A couple friends of mine turned to me since I'm their "computer wiz" for this. They have created an official legal business and need someone to build the following:

    1) A logo and banner
    2) A full web page with all of the provided information. This needs to be completely professional. The pay will be between $250-$400 based on how well the job is done. You may be hired as a "full-time-freelancer" to touch up the page whenever it's needed, and you will be paid. If you have the skills, contact me ASAP.

They will be signing up for TWsites once the page is complete. If you need any of our contact information just ask me. If you wish to know what type of business this is, ask me.

Remember, you can be paid up to $400 just for this first assignment. For further projects you can be paid again for more or less depending on the difficulty.

Edit: LB and conc, we might have something in store for both of you if you two are able to work together in building this (graphics and coding)

Xog, I am a Web Development student and in a couple of weeks I have a freelancing brief to work on where I basically need to find any freelance work and present/write about it.

I am told I need to use one of the freelance work portals but I'm sure my tutor will bend on it. He warns that we shouldn't get too deeply involved in the projects we undertake so I may be unsuitable but if you've got any light work that I could add to my portfolio, let me know.

Just use an open source design like CMS Joomla and Mambo sites. Can't really get an easier content management system website if needed or just a simple overall layout to as complicated as required.

Why would anyone actually pay someone to do a website in todays world? Not to sound like a dick, but do ppl really outsource work for websites anymore?
May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.

yea you'd be surprised how much companies pay to get their websites done
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

                        I'm interested. Portfolio viewable here.

Creating a logo is a different creative process to creating a website or a banner, if you're looking for both, I think you may have to kick up the money a notch, considering it takes time and planning to come up with an effective design solution. Otherwise, it sounds good to me. Yeah, I am unsure about coding though, so I will gladly team with someone.
