???? this isnt SC, he lives in LA, in LA and TX u dont need a permit. and u only need to be 18 to buy a gun. only time u can go down for an illegal weapon in these 2 states is if the gun is stolen or has been used in other felonies. thats why u buy your own new or from a pawn shop....not from a crackhead for 50 dollars

in fact about 2 months ago my friend got caught in greenspoint mall with two (2) pistols on him loaded and HPD took him into their office, checked teh serial numbers and gave them back and sent him on his way. one gun wasnt even in his name, so that just goes to show u as long as the gun is not stolen it really doesnt matter who has it.

It's easy to get a gun. Run up to the middle of the street, and a car will stop. Then walk to driver's side, open the door, throw the guy out, climb in and drive the car. Then run over the guy a few times. Police will eventually show up. When they come out of the car, run over the police a few times so they die. Then you get out of the car, pick up their gun, get back in the car, and then drive really fast away. Once get out of range of the police, ditch the car, and now you have a gun. Just don't kill so many police that the helicopter is after you or else you're in trouble.
