on topic: If you're gonna be dealing with anyone like that crazy bum from when u were working at that small deli store thing a while back, i'd get one.

People in the projects around here like to order chinese food or pizza and rob the delivery guys. My suggestion is: If you're gonna be threatened by a customer, theres gonna be more than one person.. so a gun will probably add to conflict if a) they try and rob u so u pull it out, will only cause them to fight more fiercly and have them pull out a gun or b) .. well u better hope its ony 1 person

get some nerd and take his phone, be sure to carry a ski mask...
quickly as possible go to the most ghetto place in town and call from that phone the pizza place and act cool about it...
during the 10-30 minute wait for the pizza, get rid of the phone by driving away from that place, then come back after its gone. wait for the pizza guy and fuck him up or just threaten him.

take the money, pizza, and run away around the corner where u hopefully have ur car and bounce...ofcourse wear gloves...

I don't know about a gun but a pizza delivery guy here for Marco's has a hook where his left hand should be and he seems to be doing just fine. If I were you I'd look into a hook.
