I just find it interesting that the state of SC wants to criminally prosecute Phelps for being photographed smoking weed. That's the story...Police enforcement out of control.

Its a publicity stunt. Most likely the cops just want to be seen as doing something to try and suppress the bad influence this will have on kids etc. There is no way a picture of someone sucking on a bong = evidence of using a prohibited substance. Not even in South Carolina.

There's no such thing as keep growing because you're not growing anything while you are working out. They can swell up, but that's not growth that's just a very temporary swelling. What happens is that you're basically tearing down and wearing out your muscles while training so that they have to rebuild. Right after training you're weak as fuck because your muscles are all worn out and they need to rebuild. The smaller muscle groups like biceps takes around 2 days to be built up enough for you to work out again, and large muscle groups like the large leg muscles can take up to 4 days to rebuild. If you train the same muscle in the same way before the cooldown period is over you're basically just tearing your muscles down again before they've been built up properly. During this rebuild phase alcohol has a huge impact on your muscles as you will build up far less (weaker) muscles.

I Completely Agree with everyone else, I think there are worse things than a young man smoking pot. Phelps is what 23 years old, and everyone is complaining about him gambling, drinking BEER, smoking pot and going to parties. I mean what do most people do at 23. The politicians should start controlling these issues in their own homes instead of turning their backs on there own mistakes and "habits". Michael Phelps has worked harder than any of these people that think they have such a hard time sitting at confrence tables and figuring out ways to intrap the citizens of this country. Why revoke this mans hard earned medals when he has done nothing but be a young man in this century.
