And it isn't that I don't know about the issues, it is just I don't really care about them. I don't purposefully throw my trash on the ground, I don't purposefully do whatever I can to destroy the environment. But at the same time I am not going to drastically change my behavior under the notion that the planet is in some sort of immediate danger through global warming or anything else over the next 150-200 years.

How do you think you're saving the world by turning off your shit for one hour? I, who admittedly dont give a fuck, probably use less energy on a daily basis than most of these forums. Yes I leave my computer powered on overnight and yes I leave my AC/heat on all day sometimes but I'm heating like...1 room. I drive an economic car, and all you idiot fucks turn around and try to act like you're accomplishing something by not being wasteful for one hour. Not even a day or a week. An hour. rofl

For those of you that had the whole idea go zoom over your head; Earth Hour was more about bringing awareness to the consumption of energy and environmental problems than to save the world in one hour.
