Netbooks...anyone use them on the forum?

I think I am sold on the Asus EPC1000HE-BLU002X and I will definately install my XP Pro on this; not to leave out the 2 GB memory upgrade.

Thanks for the replies and overall discussion. I only wonder what will be in the next generation regarding netbooks...HDMI output & eSATA ports?

Oh. Now I think I might do this. How did you get them onto the computer? Did they just download from Windows Update?

No, not through Windows Update. You need to download the files manually over here before installing a new OS. It should be easy, done it a couple of times myself.
