Personally though, it's not a good idea to take it for weight loss. It works great, but you get the same effect by just starving yourself (which is essentially what you're doing, but you can't feel the hunger when you're on it). I've taken it a few times, but it's a waste of money when you could just starve yourself for the same results. Or go the healthy route and exercise....Pandagirl!

Yeah, I find I'm too old to starve myself now. I'm 28... it's not as easy as it was when I was 19.
I did get a weight-loss pill... Acai Burn. It worked well the first month I took it... it completely took my appetite away and I lost fifteen pounds but now that it's the second month I'm still hungry at mealtimes.
Oh, I wish I could starve myself like I used to.
