    This Is It

    Sony Pictures has been approved by court to produce a Michael Jackson film, based on his 80 hours of rehearsal footage.

    What the hell? Is this the type of movie that is going to show up in movie theaters? Or is this just a sponsor thing, so that it's legally protected?

    If it's going to be in theater, then it's going to be like a documentary/life story. . . unless they hire some actor to look like michael jackson/use 3-D imaging...

    Even if it does come out in theater...... im not going to watch this.

    Could just be the whole concert that was recorded, I think there were some parts which were supposed to be in 3D also. I was gonna see him live at the concert in London, and I think he would have put on a good show personally. I think a more documentary like film would be made later, as they only have 2 months to make the footage from rehearsals into the movie.

    I like MJ's music, and this could be good for it's target audience for sure.

      Yeah I am pretty sure now that Galaxy is a MJ impersonator.
      Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.

            i honestly don't think anybody is going to see it save for his die-hard fans. i dunno yet though. i think in order for this to be epic, they will need to do a ton of advertising and hype everyone up.. otherwise the average joe won't go out of their way to see an ex-pop king's rehearsal footage from before he died.

              um were you not around for that whole fucking fan fair when he died? A lot of people whether they liked him or not was talking about him. I'm sure they can get enough ppl to show, especially since his fan base is worldwide. He might of lost some face here in America, but that doesn't mean other countries give 2 shits, they love the guy.
