    • According to your logic, no one should be allowed to vote.

It's better to just have a dictator right, as long as he has your views that is.

And it's funny how you just resort to attacking people personally when you can't beat them. Keep at it, make Texas proud.

Kthx, do you believe the majority of individuals on welfare are in that position in large part to personal choice (i.e. laziness)? I ask this with no intention of creating an argument or taking a shot at you; I just want to confirm if you really believe this.

After reading this thread I started thinking about how I've come to my current financial status and what it could have been without factors beyond my control. Out of the complete blue I received a promotion yesterday and suddenly find myself in the top 10-15% bracket of personal income earners. I'm stunned by this because a few short years ago the two options I was contemplating most were dropping out of university or committing suicide. Had I not been born with parents capable of spending thousands of dollars in medical bills above what our private and public health insurance covered (or at the very least, had I not been gifted with any health insurance) there is no way I would be a productive member of society today. For someone with a long standing superiority complex, that's a sobering realization.

On the other hand, I have a relative who receives welfare checks while getting paid under the table at a part time job; mostly to support a long standing significant other who has been on welfare for years due to extremely questionable medical problems.

I guess I haven't made a single point, but I thought it might be food for thought to some.

The insane level of race bating and class warfare in America is ridiculous where we have people who want to tax 50-60% of our pay and give it over to people who don't work, don't want to work, and are fine living that life.

It isn't taking away freedom it is ensuring that only American Citizens who have vested in the country have a right to vote for what they think is best for the country.
I'm sorry how much land do you own? I was under the impression that you and your girlfriend were renting an apartment. Under your theory you and your welfare cunt of a girlfriend (only using your own words here) couldn't vote anyways, considering you have no vested interest in your country.

Yeah, I'm positive you've said that you rent an apartment in the past few months.

I'm a landowner, beyotch. That means you're less of a person than I am and have less of an interest than I do.

              • Just because I don't own a house on property and am renting an apartment doesn't mean that I don't own acreage anywhere. I said I owned land, not owned a house.

Oh, so where exactly is the cotton farm?

Technically on paper I own a percentage of land in Herica as well, how bout them apples, fucker. I mean, I have vested interest in my land, don't I, don't I? Yeah. In fact, a lot of Canadians own land in America, considering that a house in a suburb surrounding Toronto ranges from $250,000 - $400,000 for a 3-4 bedroom, a lot of Canadians are moving south to take advantage of houses that are being sold for $75,000-$100,000. Owning land in America isn't something to be all that proud about, the housing markets gone to shit and the ROI is pretty fucking low.

                  • Bragging about owning a piece of Canada is like bragging about owning a used condom that washed up on the shore of the Pacific Ocean.

And it is a hunting lot, about 25 acres outside of Fredricksburg.

                    • Curious, as my county's housing industry is still vibrant, and yours is non-existent. Land is still being sold, and the prices haven't dropped dramatically. From an economic perspective the Canadian economy didn't completely tank and we are among one of the first countries that is expected to emerge out of the recession.

Next time you want to call us socialists look at our strict regulation and fiscal policies that have prevented us from ending up in the same boat as you. We're simply better at being economically conservative than you.

                      • My countries, not my states. It turns out people want to move to a state with no state income tax, lower sales tax, and lower taxes on businesses and industry.

And I happen to think that a majority of the time women vote with their emotions instead of their brains. How could you even disagree with me on that and say that voting with emotions is a good idea?
Sorta like how people in the military or who have relatives in the military shouldn't be allowed to vote either. I mean they are totally living off the government, and they will just vote for the guy giving the most money to the military.

Sorta like... people who are doctors or have relatives that are doctors shouldn't be allowed to vote either. I mean they are totally living off people's insurance and hard earned money that they don't deserve, and they will just vote for the guy giving the most money into their greedy pockets.

                              • Right and Presidents who are receiving campaign money from Pharmaceutical companies shouldn't be allowed to pass a health care program that would let every American take all the drugs they wanted but don't need.
