I didn't really feel like starting a new thread, so I'll just revive this one.
I have been reading that lamebook thing to waste time and stuff and seriously, what is up with the English of some people? I am pretty sure most (if not all) of the people who's stuff gets put on lamebook are American, but the English.
I can get typo's here and there, some grammatically incorrect stuff, hell I make plenty of mistakes myself. But something like this:
'wnt thru a bad stage wen he thawt es life was total shite n e lukd ahed e cud c nutin'
That's just someone who doesn't know English, it seems like more and more people grow up with text English (with which I refer to the language used in text messages), I can see the same in Dutch, and I am sure some people actually just don't know proper English any more and that is quite scary (same for Dutch and probably other languages), I mean, that is supposed to be our future.Maybe God was the first suicide bomber and the Big Bang was his moment of Glory.

To correct such a problem, schools should not allow for children to make use of computers when it comes to writing papers.
Kids bitch about this today in regards to writing a term paper, essay or thesis for school, but most have never had to actually write a paper using a pencil or pen and or rely on the grammar & sentence structure skills that most would expect from a student at certain grade levels.
On the flip side, teachers are not too thrilled about reading a paper that has been hand written due to the lack of writing skills in general.
Teachers should require the kids to be able to perform and present such a simple task.May your shit come to life and kiss you on the face.

The only exception was research papers, which required the computer, so we didn't have to write those on paper (just silly).
