The people fighting the war who said they could tell when it was locals or not based on training and ability to shoot back.

That makes sense because he helps protect our country, and in return we pay him back by making sure he is taken care of if he gets injured while serving. Homeless people, and poor lazy people on welfare just take up space and drain the economy, why should they get the same treatment that someone who defends our country get for being lazy?

Seriously mattey you are fucking stupid.
Why would you want a moron such as Izor to be helping out in other countries.

He hunts for pigs in his spare time...

And by 'good enough jobs' im not referring to my dad who has a 6 figure job, I'm talking about normal, above-mcdonalds-but-less-than-career jobs

If your dad is making that amount why don't you let HIM pay for it...

I don't even get why this is all blamed on government provided healthcare, I hear nothing about whether Izor has stayed true to his rehabilitation, how long after the surgery did he play softball and seeing as it is a very common injury in football players, there are multiple examples of footballers tearing the same graft that they got operated on and they go to all the specialists highly regarded in this particular field, so there isn't even any evidence that this has anything to do with government sponsored health care.

My physical therapy was usually right around the start of the duty day, so I assure you that I was there 3 times a week for nearly 6 months. I got released from it with the notes that my muscles had regained most of their original strength, and flexion/extension were normal so I got taken off of profile entirely in order to PT test (1.5 mi run).

through my own research the patellar tendon graft is the strongest one and 5 months out it should be at 85% stability, certainly more than enough to handle softball which I started playing after 6 months. Especially since I played 3rd base or pitcher which requires basically no movement. The play I reinjured it on was a chopper between 3rd and short that I caught running toward second and threw over to first and my knee buckled, but didnt pop like it did originally when I turned to throw over to first. Given the complaints i had with the surgery in the first place, I would say the graft wasnt very stable to begin with. It's not an unreasonable assumption

Considering he joined the military, I think he deserves it a little more than someone that decided to do another career path.

You also know you can get tri-care government insurance (which is what the military gives you) from ANY government public service? All you have to do is work for the government. Simple stuff.

If you choose to not work for the government, don't you think you should stop bitching and moaning and pay for your own private insurance? I sure as hell don't want my taxes raised so you retards can get public insurance while doing nothing for it.

It amazes me how people like mattey and jerome could be so for the "equal opportunities" for people to have affordable health care, while at the same time supporting a person like Epi who is a doctor, and is one of the main problems in the health care as a whole.

Mattey, Jerome, the rest of you... you do realize that hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors are all for-profit for the most part, right? You realize that insurance companies are made because hospitals and doctors charge insane prices for basic health care, right?

God forbid anyone ever gets a transplant. Half a million down the drain without insurance.

The question remains, when did our society let people like epi charge those insane prices to do basic procedures? When did our society let drug companies charge insane prices for their pills that cost next to nothing to make? Does the government not already spend billions of dollars a year for their research?

Insurance companies are not the problem. The problem is at the source. People like mattey and jerome just seem to be just ignorant enough to overlook the obvious, I guess.

Keep on attacking izor for having to join the military for insurance, while patting Epi on the back for joining the list of doctors who overcharge beyond belief for simple checkups. That sure makes sense.

Also, the military has TERRIBLE doctors, and it never ceases to amaze me how many terrible doctors are actually practicing in the civilian world as well. Any retard can go to medical school if his parents has enough money to pay for it, and/or he is poor enough to where the government will pay for it. People don't become doctors to help people. They become doctors to make money. I wonder what would happen if all doctors could not make that much money anymore.... I bet you would see people like epi search for a new career field.

Not only do you have no idea what you're talking about with regard to health care (not a surprise at all), but you're so inept that you can't even synthesize what people write in this thread in order to understand their positions on the issue. You basically have no hope of understanding much beyond simple straightforward tasks, but that's okay because the world needs grunts.

LOL I was thinking the same thing Genocidal.

Actually I think the whole thing is that Exalt is still a bit touchy from me owning him in that TWL thread and now he's a bit obsessed with me.

Yeah, exalt, I re-read your post two times, meaning I read it three times, and I still don't understand what you mean.

Now back to the matter at hand, why don't you get private insurance Izor? You said that you're "not rich", are you implying that only the wealthy can afford private health insurance? Please elaborate.
