When you decide to defend your country you get certain rewards.

Our tax dollars pay for his health care because he goes to foreign countries that we are at war with and fights and/or helps fight enemies to our country which lets us all relax and enjoy our freedoms.

That makes sense because he helps protect our country, and in return we pay him back by making sure he is taken care of if he gets injured while serving. Homeless people, and poor lazy people on welfare just take up space and drain the economy, why should they get the same treatment that someone who defends our country get for being lazy?

I don't even get why this is all blamed on government provided healthcare, I hear nothing about whether Izor has stayed true to his rehabilitation, how long after the surgery did he play softball and seeing as it is a very common injury in football players, there are multiple examples of footballers tearing the same graft that they got operated on and they go to all the specialists highly regarded in this particular field, so there isn't even any evidence that this has anything to do with government sponsored health care.

My physical therapy was usually right around the start of the duty day, so I assure you that I was there 3 times a week for nearly 6 months. I got released from it with the notes that my muscles had regained most of their original strength, and flexion/extension were normal so I got taken off of profile entirely in order to PT test (1.5 mi run).

through my own research the patellar tendon graft is the strongest one and 5 months out it should be at 85% stability, certainly more than enough to handle softball which I started playing after 6 months. Especially since I played 3rd base or pitcher which requires basically no movement. The play I reinjured it on was a chopper between 3rd and short that I caught running toward second and threw over to first and my knee buckled, but didnt pop like it did originally when I turned to throw over to first. Given the complaints i had with the surgery in the first place, I would say the graft wasnt very stable to begin with. It's not an unreasonable assumption

It amazes me how people like mattey and jerome could be so for the "equal opportunities" for people to have affordable health care, while at the same time supporting a person like Epi who is a doctor, and is one of the main problems in the health care as a whole.

The question remains, when did our society let people like epi charge those insane prices to do basic procedures? When did our society let drug companies charge insane prices for their pills that cost next to nothing to make? Does the government not already spend billions of dollars a year for their research?

Also, the military has TERRIBLE doctors, and it never ceases to amaze me how many terrible doctors are actually practicing in the civilian world as well. Any retard can go to medical school if his parents has enough money to pay for it, and/or he is poor enough to where the government will pay for it. People don't become doctors to help people. They become doctors to make money. I wonder what would happen if all doctors could not make that much money anymore.... I bet you would see people like epi search for a new career field.
