I've noticed this happening to me over the past two years. Every day I my body will freak out. My muscles completely lock up and my vision changes. It happens at the least twice per day. One just happened about 5 minutes ago and I'm like "ok, wtf." It's really annoying.
I'll be sitting in a chair, or on a couch, trying to focus on something (usually reading) and all of a sudden my vision goes fucking haywire, like I'll see a bright flash or some (usually gray/dark white?) type of design and then my body will convulse as if I'm in a seizure. To me, it feels like it's only happening for one second.. it's really weird!
My muscles don't ache or anything.. Anyone know wtf is going on? Does this happen to anyone else on a daily basis?
I looked up some different types of seizures, and I think Tonic Seizure fits the script the most. It says the seizures last less than 20 seconds, but would 1 second really be accountable? It's never happened more than that. It's really annoying!
