upstate new york (where they were) houses can go for 250k-500k, and i just looked at some price page for that area and there was an island with a house, camp and cabin going for 600k. :\

to buy a 3-story house here in brooklyn it can easily go from 800k-2million. the realty here is insane because all the houses go to a company and are auctioned to the highest bidder
